Terms

1. Child under the age of 18 must be registered in a school.
2. The child must be:

a. Boys and Girls: 3 – 13 years old
b. Girls: 13 and above

Requirements

1. 4 personal Photos
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of Civil ID
4. Copy of Disability Conformation Certificate
5. All Medical Reports
6. Medical Fitness Report (Download)
7. The child's presence for the interview
